Desserts
Here is a list of the desserts that we make from scratch:
Coconut Sweet Bread
Coconut Sweet Bread is a mix between a bread and a cake. It is coconut flavoured and packed with fruits of all sorts.
Currants Rolls
Just like the name, Currants Roll is a flaky pastry dough rolled and filled with currants. Currants are similar to raisins.
Coconut Rolls
Just like the name, Coconut Roll is a flaky pastry dough rolled and filled with Coconut with a hint of cinnamon.
Fruit Cake/ Black Cake/ Rum Cake
Fruit Cake is a cake made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts, spices and much more! It is soaked in rum for months. Our fruits are soaked in real rum for at least 6 months before it is made into fruit cake. Please beware that most fruit cakes sold at the grocery contain lots of flour and rum essence so if you'd like to get a taste of a real home-made fruit cake, your looking at the right ad!
No Sugar Any & Everything MuffinsOur no sugar any & everything muffins are sugar free! The sugar comes from the fruits that are in the muffin. The muffin is also flour-less! We replace the flour with oats and bran. When we say any and everything, we mean it! The muffin contains many ingredients some of which are - walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and spices. If there is an ingredient that you are iffy about, let us know and we'll be sure to leave it out!

- Available Decorated or Undecorated
- Decorated fruit cakes feature a layer or Royal Icing or Almond Icing with a dusting of sprinkles. It comes wrapped in cellophane and packaged in a white box with an open window on top with a ribbon on the box.
- Undecorated fruit cakes are wrapped in cellophane and comes in a clear plastic clam shell.
- We wrap our cakes in cellophane to help preserve the flavour and keep the cake from drying out.

SorrelSorrel is made from the seapals of the Sorrel Flower. It is a traditional Caribbean drink that is fruity, fragrant and full of antioxidants. It contains no artificial colours or flavours. (Ingredients: Sorrel, Water, Sugar, & Spices.)
Punch a Creme
Punch a Creme is a traditional Caribbean Christmas drink. It is similar to Eggnog but contains REAL rum. ( Ingredients: Rum, Milk, Eggs, & Spices.)
Sea Moss/ Irish Moss
The Sea Moss drink is a type of sea weed that is dried and prepared into a drink. It is believed to be an excellent reviver and energizer or as we say in Trinidad, "it good for de back." It is potent and energizing. (Ingredients: Sea Moss, Milk, Spices, & Sugar)
Peanut Punch
Peanut Punch is a high protein, healthy energizing beverage. It is made from Peanuts, Milk, and Sugar.
Ginger BeerThis is a fermented drink that is popular in Trinidad & Tobago. The ginger is fermented from any where between a day to a week, depending on how strong you want it.

The Pieman From Pieland is a catering company. We do not have a store or outlet as of yet. We work out of a commerical kitchen. We participate and sell a variety of our products at several markets in the Toronto area. These markets do operate seasonally. A little about us:
We are an established family run business made up of many people with each their own individual talent that come together to create the products that we make.
We live by the saying that we treat people how we would like to be treated. If any of our products are not up to our standard, we will not serve it or sell it to you. We stand by when we say we cater to fit your budget! You let us know your budget and we'll see what we can do for you...there is always room for negotiation!
We current do not have a store so we operate out of a commercial kitchen. We participate in several markets throughout the year which operate seasonally. Two of which are the Weston Farmer's Market & Montgomery's Inn Farmer's Market!

Our motto of "Pure-Natural-No Preservatives" is another that we live by. It is very important that we try to be as healthy as possibly. This is why we use less salt. We also do no use any preservatives or artificial flavouring in our food and baked goods.
