Specialty Drinks

Here is a list of specialty drinks that we make ourselves from scratch:





SorrelSorrel is made from the seapals of the Sorrel Flower. It is a traditional Caribbean drink that is fruity, fragrant and full of antioxidants. It contains no artificial colours or flavours. (Ingredients: Sorrel, Water, Sugar, & Spices.)

Punch a Creme

Punch a Creme is a traditional Caribbean Christmas drink. It is similar to Eggnog but contains REAL rum. ( Ingredients: Rum, Milk, Eggs, & Spices.)

Sea Moss/ Irish Moss


The Sea Moss drink is a type of sea weed that is dried and prepared into a drink. It is believed to be an excellent reviver and energizer or as we say in Trinidad, "it good for de back." It is potent and energizing. (Ingredients: Sea Moss, Milk, Spices, & Sugar)

Peanut Punch


Peanut Punch is a high protein, healthy energizing beverage. It is made from Peanuts, Milk, and Sugar.

Ginger BeerThis is a fermented drink that is popular in Trinidad & Tobago. The ginger is fermented from any where between a day to a week, depending on how strong you want it.
